Every home is unique.  Inviting Space realizes this and can put together a proposal and level of service that is unique as well.  Even so, most of the home sellers we partner with find that their needs consist of one or more of the following options. These include:

Initial Consultation
We will arrive planning to spend time going through each and every room of your home.  The objective of this visit is to get those ‘first impressions’ that a buyer will have when visiting for the first time.   We would be more than happy to include your real estate agent on this visit as well.  We can then sit down and discuss your goals and expectations.  Working with your needs and budget, we will prepare a proposal that will identify what preparations are necessary to accomplish the goal of a faster and more profitable sale!

Half Day of Staging OR Redesign
Our half day of staging involves staging and redesigning the main living areas of your home.  We will rearrange furniture and accessories.  We may bring in additional accessories to complete the look we are working to achieve.  This half day will create some dazzling transformations!  We will also take photos for your use in your marketing campaign.  We can provide the accessories for a nominal charge or identify those that should be purchased to create the greatest impact for the least amount of money.

Full Day of Staging OR Interior Redesign
A full day of staging is normally required for larger homes or those that might need that little extra attention.  We will transform the main areas by redesigning with items you already have, we might suggest additions or even suggest removing some items.  You will be surprised at what we can do in a day!  With our accessories, those you already own, or a list of items to purchase, your home will be the show stopper that will captivate those buyers!  We will also provide those, ever so critical, marketing photos.

Client Action Plan
We can develop a concise written and detailed plan in order for you to perpetuate the look throughout the rest of your home.  Because of financial and/or time constraints we normally stage only the main living areas of the home.  This action plan will provide you with everything you need to complete that dramatic transformation that buyers are seeking!  We can also provide the detailed via a virtual format.  Through online photos and a telelphone consultation we can inspire you to make your home perfect!

Vacant/Complete Home Staging
Even the most beautiful vacant homes lack warmth and that inviting feel.  Spatial connections are difficult when there is no point of reference.  We will work with you using our inventory, in partner with a furniture rental company or with a furniture retailer to completely transform the home into one that is greatly in demand by buyers.  These transformations include the furniture and accessories for the main living areas as well as accessories for rooms such as the kitchen or a bathroom.  These are by far the most exciting transformations and truly make a house a home with extraordinary potential!
